In this particular case, the order was shipped promptly to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, you later informed us that the shipping address provided was your old address. By the time we were notified, the package was already out for delivery and could not be redirected. When you later visited that address to retrieve the package, it could not be located.

While we are sorry to hear that you did not receive your package and acknowledge how frustrating it can be when a package is stolen, it is important to clarify it was not because of the shipment not being delivered, but wrong address provided at checkout.
