Refund policy
We want schools and families to order with confidence, especially when placing curriculum orders for an entire academic year.
To support this, we offer a 30-day review period for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order for items that are:
- Incorrectly supplied
- Damaged in transit
- Not matching the order placed
To help us process requests efficiently, we may request photos or additional order details.
Return Process
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition
- Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued as appropriate
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply to cover processing and handling costs.
This is typically applied only where items are returned in non-defective and resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Special order or custom-requested curriculum materials
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
